Reer Universal rain cover is universal which can be used as a rain cover on prams, strollers and joggers with a hood. The rain cover is easy to put on and take off the stroller and is held in place with elastic bands and fastening hooks on the underside of the stroller. The rain cover has a large openable window at the front which is attached with velcro and two ventilation holes for good ventilation.
