They contain a removable bag with natural salt that can be placed in the microwave (800W for 60 sec) to heat up. The salt is hypoallergenic, unscented and safe to heat many times. Moreover, unlike natural seeds, it has no odour when heated and it does not allow the development of moulds or insects
