In consideration of different type of strollers have different width straps, the strap eyelets are completely closed in production.  It has an easy opening for you to choose the one that fits better (use the help of a cutter and scissors). We do suggest you cutting it open according to the width of the straps when using, then the holes can fit your stroller straps very well.
